to resolve minor problems (up to a maximum of 20 minutes per month per user) and
to create, change and remove users, including actions such as the entry of names,
the assignment of rights, the creation of e-mail addresses etc.
IACTgroup is also able to offer bespoke solutions for matters that are not
covered by this service. This could include the purchase, installation and set-up
of new hardware and/or software, providing user training and/or answering questions
